Forschung zu Alkoholbehandlung, Pharmakotherapie und Genesung (R34 Klinische Studie erforderlich)

Beschreibung

Das National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism fordert Anträge für einen R34 Clinical Trial Optional Mechanismus an, der sich auf Gesundheitsdienste im Bereich Alkohol konzentriert. Diese NOFO wird sich im Großen und Ganzen darauf konzentrieren, die Behandlungslücke für Personen mit Alkoholgebrauchsstörung (AUD) zu schließen; innerhalb dieses Schwerpunkts gibt es fünf Hauptbereiche: (1) Verbesserung des Zugangs zur Behandlung von AUD, (2) Attraktivitätssteigerung der Behandlung von AUD, (3) Untersuchung von Kostenstrukturen und Versicherungssystemen, (4) Durchführung von Studien zur Verbreitung und Implementierung bestehender evidenzbasierter Ansätze zur Behandlung von AUD und (5) Verringerung gesundheitlicher Ungleichheiten als Mittel zur Behebung der Behandlungslücke bei AUD für Bevölkerungsgruppen mit gesundheitlichen Ungleichheiten.
