Vertragsgegenstand

It is intended to award a demand-oriented framework agreement for the provision of legal advisory and support services in the field of construction procurement law (GWB, VgV, VOB Part A, HOAI, AHO, RPW and, as far as necessary in the context of the issues to be clarified, the adjacent construction and procurement law areas and regulations). In addition, the contractor supports the client (the General Administration and - subsequently - if necessary also the institutes/facilities of the MPG) also in the context of emerging questions and problems in the area of building maintenance. With regard to the VgV consulting and support services, the framework agreement also includes the largely independent execution of all types of procurement procedures for the award of HOAI/AHO contracts (and similar) in a division of labor process using the e-procurement system used by the MPG.
