Der Zweck des Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Individuellen Postdoktorandenstipendiums (Eltern F32) ist die Unterstützung der Forschungsbildung hoch vielversprechender Postdoktoranden, die das Potenzial haben, produktive, unabhängige Forscher in wissenschaftlichen gesundheitsbezogenen Forschungsbereichen zu werden, die für die Missionen der teilnehmenden NIH Institute und Zentren relevant sind. Es wird erwartet, dass Anträge eine außergewöhnliche Betreuung beinhalten.
