Support for the creation, development, consolidation, and professionalization of a solidarity garage - SOLIDARAUTO

Context

Daily mobility for people in precarious situations and seeking employment is a major issue, especially in peri-urban and rural areas which, in almost all cases, lack public transport. According to the Inclusive Mobility Laboratory, 7 million people experience mobility difficulties for their daily travel and 1 in 2 people have already refused a job due to mobility difficulties.

• 23% of French people have already given up a job due to mobility difficulties in getting there.
• 40% of French people believe they do not have easy and quick access to the local transport network.

The mobility issue affects all territories and impacts the most precarious in terms of their professional integration and job retention, as well as their social and personal mobility.
The Solidarauto garages have chosen to directly welcome beneficiaries upon presentation of a family quotient and to surround themselves with a network of "referrers" who redirect people to the garage.
