Support for occupational risk prevention initiatives focusing on a priority theme: conducting an in-depth diagnosis and action plan

The prevention approach, aimed at establishing a strategy and actions for promoting health and safety at work, is part of a participatory and dynamic perspective involving the workforce and employee representatives. It focuses on the conduct of an in-depth diagnosis and the development of an action plan, targeting a theme defined as a priority by the FNP. The priority nature is determined by the managing department at the time of processing.

The priority areas are:

• Occupations: childcare assistants or acting as such, home helpers, specialized technical agents for nursery schools (ATSM), municipal police officers, healthcare professions, animation professions, and waste sorting and collection professions.
• Themes: professional disengagement, external violence, and sexist and sexual violence
• Structures: all institutionalized care facilities for the elderly (EHPAD, ULSD, etc.)
