La sovvenzione per progetti di ricerca per investigatori in fase iniziale Stephen I. Katz supporta un progetto innovativo che rappresenta un cambiamento nella direzione della ricerca per un investigatore in fase iniziale (ESI) e per il quale non esistono dati preliminari. Le domande presentate a questo avviso di opportunità di finanziamento (NOFO) non devono includere dati preliminari. Le domande devono includere un allegato separato che descriva il cambiamento nella direzione della ricerca.
