Este convite à manifestação de interesse tem como objetivo apoiar abordagens territoriais para o desenvolvimento de diagnósticos e/ou trajetórias de adaptação às mudanças climáticas, seguindo a metodologia TACCT (Trajetórias de Adaptação às Mudanças Climáticas dos Territórios). Este AMI visa financiar: O acompanhamento por um escritório de consultoria especializado para a apropriação da metodologia TACCT. As ações de aculturação sobre as questões climáticas destinadas a eleitos, atores socioeconômicos e outros parceiros mobilizados. A animação dos momentos de consulta previstos na abordagem. A ajuda da ADEME poderá atingir até 70% no máximo do valor da base elegível retida. Os projetos dos territórios candidatos serão avaliados, em particular, pela pertinência da escala territorial , pela motivação demonstrada pelo representante legal em abordar esta questão de adaptação , pela pertinência da organização e governança propostas e pela qualidade do programa apresentado. Étudier le déploiement d'écosystèmes et d'usages de l'hydrogène

V ous êtes intéressé par le potentiel de l’hydrogène bas carbone/renouvelable comme solution de substitution aux énergies fossiles pour vos activités industrielles ou pour baisser l’empreinte carbone des flux de personnes ou de marchandises sur votre territoire ? Vous envisagez d’investir dans ce type de solutions mais : vous en êtes au stade de la réflexion ? ou vous avez participé à un diagnostic à l'échelle territoriale et disposez d’une première cartographie des consommateurs potentiels d’hydrogène (exemples : flottes captives, utilités industrielles…) ? Le présent dispositif de l’ADEME peut vous aider à conduire une étude d'opportunité (dans un premier temps) ou une étude de faisabilité (dans un deuxième temps), afin de juger la pertinence et de préparer un projet de décarbonation via l’hydrogène . Dans cette perspective, l’étude préalable que vous sous-traiterez à un prestataire pourra être subventionnée jusqu’à 70 % des dépenses éligibles (taux variable selon le commanditaire de l’étude). L’assiette des dépenses éligibles de l'étude de préfaisabilité sera plafonnée à 50 000 € L’assiette des dépenses éligibles de l'étude d'opportunité sera plafonnée à 50 000 €. L’assiette des dépenses éligibles de l'étude de faisabilité sera plafonnée à 100 000 €. L’assiette des dépenses éligibles de l'étude stratégique sera plafonnée à 100 000 €. Chaque étude (opportunité ou faisabilité) devra se conformer à des attendus en termes d’objectifs et de livrables à produire qui sont décrits dans le cahier des charges proposé par l’ADEME (voir ci-dessous « Pour vous accompagner dans vos démarches »). L’étude de préfaisabilité d’usages non standards de l’hydrogène est dédiée à des applications particulières de l’hydrogène non liées à un écosystème hydrogène (process industriel, stockage, hydrogénoduc, alimentation électrique d’un site isolé, maritime, fluvial, ferroviaires). L’étude d’opportunité vise à accompagner les potentiels consommateurs d’hydrogène (mobilité, industrie, stationnaire) dans leur réflexion de décarbonation , collectivement sur l’ensemble d’un territoire (regroupement de collectivités, zone industrielle…). Les profils d’usage seront analysés pour déterminer quelle énergie/carburant est le plus adapté. Ces études ne peuvent donc pas être portées par des développeurs d’infrastructures. L’étude de faisabilité se concentre sur le déploiement du vecteur hydrogène sur un territoire où une demande suffisante aura été préalablement identifiée. Une infrastructure adéquate aux volumes pressentis pourra être dimensionnée, pour modéliser un modèle économique et anticiper les contraintes techniques et réglementaires. Ces études peuvent être portées par des développeurs d’infrastructures ou par de futurs usagers d’hydrogène. Une étude d’opportunité peut déboucher sur une étude de faisabilité en cas d’identification d’une pertinence pour le vecteur hydrogène. L’octroi d’une aide pour une étude de faisabilité sera conditionné par la réalisation préalable d’une étude d’opportunité qui aura respecté - a minima - les exigences fixées dans le cahier des charges. L’étude stratégique à l’échelle d’un territoire a pour objectif d’estimer à moyen et à long terme les besoins d’hydrogène du territoire et les infrastructures de production et de distribution à déployer pour faire face à ces besoins.

The Geospace Cluster (GC) in the Division of Atmospheric and Geospace Sciences (AGS) supports fundamental and solutions-oriented research, technology development and education related to the Earth's near-space environment (including the mesosphere, thermosphere, ionosphere, exosphere, magnetosphere and radiation belts) and the inner heliosphere and solar atmosphere. The GC advances knowledge of the Sun--Earth system, including how various parts of the system are coupled through dynamical, electrodynamical and chemical processes. The GC supports research on the societal impacts of these processes including space weather and upper atmosphere climate change, with the aim of increasing resilience to such natural hazards. The GC supports research that uses ground-based or space-based observational facilities and instruments as well as data centers and a broad range of theoretical, modeling, observational, data analyses and laboratory activities. General research topics that are supported by the GC include, but are not limited to: Aeronomy, including studies of wave dynamics, ionization, recombination, chemical reaction, photo emission and transport of energy and momentum within and between the mesosphere, thermosphere and ionosphere of the Earth; how this global system is coupled to the stratosphere below and magnetosphere above; and the plasma physics of phenomena manifested in the coupled ionosphere-magnetosphere system. Magnetospheric physics, including studies of the magnetosphere, or the cavity carved out of the solar wind by the Earth's magnetic field, its energization by the solar wind and population by solar and ionospheric sources; waves and instabilities in such natural plasmas; the origin of planetary electric fields; the origin of geomagnetic storms and substorms; and the coupling among the radiation belts, magnetosphere, ionosphere and atmosphere. Solar-terrestrial physics, including how energy generation and eruptive processes occur in the solar atmosphere and how energy and momentum are transported within the Sun-Earth system; solar dynamo, solar activity cycle and magnetic flux emergence; eruptive activity including solar flares and coronal mass ejections; solar wind heating, solar energetic particles and interactions with cosmic rays; solar wind/magnetosphere boundary; and helioseismology. Space weather and space climate, including solar or terrestrial drivers of space weather; observations and modeling of the integrative geospace system that could lead to better predictive capabilities of the time-varying space environment; and characterization of space weather impacts on critical infrastructure and technological systems. Proposals to the GC are welcome at any time. However, the following solicitations in support of specific geospace science and community efforts have target dates or deadlines. They also may have PI and/or Institution restrictions. Please refer to the solicitation documents for further details: The Coupling, Energetics, and Dynamics of Atmospheric Regions (CEDAR) targeted research program aims to understand the behavior of the Earth's atmospheric regions from the middle atmosphere upward through the thermosphere and ionosphere into the exosphere in terms of coupling, energetics, chemistry and dynamics on regional and global scales. The Geospace Environment Modeling (GEM) targeted research program supports investigations of the physics of the Earth's magnetosphere and the coupling of the magnetosphere to the atmosphere and solar wind, including for making accurate predictions of the geospace environment. The Solar, Heliospheric, and Interplanetary Environment (SHINE) targeted research program supports enhanced understanding of and predictive capabilities for the processes by which energy in the form of magnetic fields and particles are produced by the Sun and/or accelerated in interplanetary space and on the mechanisms by which these fields and particles are transported to the Earth through the inner heliosphere. The Faculty Development in geoSpace Science (FDSS) solicitation integrates topics in geospace science, including solar and space physics and space weather research, into natural sciences, engineering or related departments at U.S. institutions of higher education. The solicitation also stimulates the development of undergraduate or graduate programs or curricula to train the next generation of leaders in geospace science. The Geospace Cluster participates in other AGS, GEO and NSF programs and solicitations including but not limited to: Distributed Array of Small Instruments (DASI) ECosystem for Leading Innovation in Plasma Science and Engineering (ECLIPSE) AGS encourages and inspires scientific leaders by investing in the atmospheric and geospace sciences, enhancing educational opportunities and experiences and supporting faculty and researchers at all career stages. The Division expects that proposers will integrate education, outreach and dissemination activities into their research plans in compliance with NSF Broader Impacts Merit Review criteria. AGS invites proposals that include plans for workforce development, educational and outreach activities, open science initiatives and efforts to broaden participation and encourage diverse talent in the atmosphere and geospace sciences. Core areas of research include the chemical, physical, and dynamical processes in the atmosphere thatimpactclouds, weather, climate, air quality, and the water cycle.Research methods include modeling, collecting observations, conducting experiments in the laboratory and field, and advancing analytical measurement techniques. General research topics that are supported by the AC include, andare not limited to: Chemical processes and mechanisms that explain how atmospheric gases and aerosols form, react,transformand interact with the surrounding environment. Processesand dynamics that governclimateand hydroclimate,includingtheir mean state, variability, response to external forcingandtheir role inthe establishment ofaglobal energy and water balance; coupled atmosphere-ocean interactions, land-atmosphere interactions and interactionsamongclouds, atmosphericcirculationand climate. Observational and modeling studies of past climate and its drivers and studies that developand synthesizepaleoclimate proxies and records. Physics and dynamics of atmospheric motions on all scales,from the planetary to the microscale, including the general circulation of the troposphere and stratosphere, planetary waves, synoptic and mesoscale systems, convection, gravity waves,turbulenceand planetary boundary layer dynamics. Physical meteorology including aerosol, cloud, and precipitation physics and atmospheric electricity.
