Cet appel à projets (AAP) a pour objectif de soutenir les travaux d’innovation et de démonstration, permettant de développer ou d'améliorer les composants et systèmes liés à la production, au transport d’hydrogène et à ses usages, tels que les applications, industrielles, de transport ou de fourniture d’énergie. Ces travaux seront portés par une ou plusieurs entreprises, pour développer un équipement, un produit ou un service, ou bien réaliser un démonstrateur mettant en œuvre de l’hydrogène, dans une perspective de transition écologique et énergétique et de structuration de la filière. Les projets devront s’inscrire dans au moins un des quatre axes présentés ci-après : Axe 1 - Briques technologiques : composants et systèmes innovants. Axe 2 - Pilotes (ou premières commerciales) innovants industriels et réseaux, fourniture temporaire ou localisée d’énergie. Axe 3 - Conception et démonstration de nouveaux véhicules. Axe 4 - Écoconception et recyclabilité. L’appel à projets est ouvert à partir du 6 mai 2025 jusqu’au 25 septembre 2026, et comporte 2 relèves intermédiaires : Relève intermédiaire 1 : 29 septembre 2025 Relève intermédiaire 2 : 6 avril 2026 Clôture finale : 25 septembre 2026 Une révision du cahier des charges pourra avoir lieu au moins annuellement. BLM Invasive and Noxious Plant Management Programs work to prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor weed populations on public lands.Invasive species cost the public millions of dollars in control and management each year and many invasive plants and noxious weeds are highly competitive and have the ability to permanently degrade our public lands.Noxious weeds and invasive species expansion are recognized as the single greatest threat to our native plant communities and the values they provide us.These native plant communities are essential for supporting wildlife habitat, watershed function, recreation opportunities, rural economies and working landscapes.Invasive plants and noxious weeds affect plant and animal communities on farms and ranches, and in parks, waters, forests, natural areas, and backyards in negative ways.Human activity such as trade, travel, and tourism have all increased substantially, escalating the speed and volume of species movement to unprecedented levels.Increased site vulnerability from wildfires that are more frequent and other disturbances is an ongoing challenge to maintaining the integrity of our native plant communities.Noxious weeds are particularly aggressive plants legally designated by states as being injurious to public health, the environment or the economy.Invasive species and noxious weeds adversely affect overall recreational opportunities on public land i.e., hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, watershed health and ecosystem function, which result in economic losses in rural and urban communities.Invasive species and noxious weeds affect adjacent private lands, both rural and urban, causing widespread economic losses to the agricultural industry as well as to other resources.Advance early detection rapid response.Enhance emergency stabilization and burned area rehabilitation. Advance education, awareness, and citizen science relative to invasive species. Conduct invasive species treatments to protect resource values on public lands.Support classical biological control agent development.

Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) solicits applications for research on developing a comprehensive and cohesive understanding of cancer metastasis. Towards this goal, the NCI will support U54 Specialized Centers that together will continue to serve as the hub of the Metastasis Research Network (MetNet). Each MetNet Center should propose an overarching scientific theme that will be pursued through two or three scientific inter- and multidisciplinary basic research projects. The projects should use integrative system level approaches to elucidate and integrate a mechanistic understanding of the non-linear, dynamic, and emergent processes in metastasis. Overarching themes should encompass the interplay between at least two central elements in the metastatic process such as early dissemination, cellular, soluble and/or physical microenvironment crosstalk, dormancy, or mechanisms of responses by metastatic cells to therapies. Studies on all types of cancer are welcome, including rare and pediatric metastatic cancers.Research proposed by MetNet Centers is expected to advance our understanding towards a more comprehensive appreciation of metastasis as a whole body, systems-level problem.

The specific purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to promote the development of a diverse, interdisciplinary workforce needed to conduct translational research on Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's-related dementias from target discovery through clinical development. This NOFO will support institutional training programs for predoctoral and postdoctoral level researchers with diverse educational backgrounds (i.e., basic biology, translational and clinical research, data science). The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to provide continuing support for specific pathogen-free (SPF) macaque colonies previously funded under the auspices of PAR-21-089 and PAR-18-669 that support Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) research. Breeding colonies are essential to sustain appropriate SPF macaques for research related to HIV/AIDS. Pedigree SPF macaques are free of certain viruses, which may confound the results of HIV/AIDS-related investigations or present a risk to the personnel who care for the animals. The SPF macaques are genetically characterized for major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I types, because MHC class I genotypes have large effects on macaque immune responses to Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) that can induce AIDS in nonhuman primates (NHPs) and on human immune responses to HIV.

The purpose of the Resource-Related Research Projects (R24) grant is to support investigator-initiated resources designed to provide materials and services to support and advance biomedical research on a national basis. An R24 resource grant mechanism is a non-hypothesis-driven activity to provide data, materials, tools, or services that are essential to making timely, high quality, and cost-efficient progress in a field. Hypothesis-driven research applications should not be submitted in response to this program announcement but to another mechanism that encourages this type of research. The resource should be available to any qualified investigator, and should be highly quality controlled, and not duplicate resources available commercially or through other sources. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Program Project Grant (P01) supports research related to fundamental processes and diseases of the heart, blood and lymphatic vessels, lungs, and blood, including transfusion medicine, blood resources, and sleep disorders other programs including implementation science, health disparities, and translation research that address the mission of the Institute. This FOA requires a minimum of three interrelated research projects that investigate a complex biomedical theme or research question. The projects may be supported by core units, if justified, to facilitate economy of effort, space, and equipment. The NHLBI provides support for Program Project Grants (PPGs) in the belief that collaborative research efforts can accelerate the acquisition of knowledge more effectively than a simple aggregate of research projects that have no interaction or thematic integration. NHLBI is particularly interested in encouraging new scientific directions in PPGs. Use of the P01 activity code is viewed as an opportunity to attract scientists who have not traditionally been supported by the NHLBI. Further, the PPG environment presents an opportunity for emerging scientific leaders to gain insight into how to lead a successful scientific Program, and applicants will have the opportunity to include a project led by an Early Stage Investigator (ESI). All projects in the Program must be interrelated and have objectives that address a central theme within the scientific mandate of the NHLBI.

The goal of the NIGMS Predoctoral Basic Biomedical Sciences Research Training Program is to develop a pool of well-trained scientists available to address the Nations biomedical research agenda. Durch diese Förderbekanntmachung (FOA) lädt das National Cancer Institute (NCI) Anträge für P50 Forschungszentrum-Stipendien für Spezialisierte Forschungsprogramme (SPORE) ein. Das Programm wird P50 SPORE-Stipendien finanzieren, um modernste, von Forschern initiierte translationale Forschung zu unterstützen, die zu einer verbesserten Prävention, Früherkennung, Diagnose und Behandlung einer organspezifischen Krebsart oder einer eng verwandten Gruppe von Krebsarten beitragen wird. Für die Zwecke dieser FOA sind eng verwandte Krebsarten solche, die aus demselben Organsystem stammen, wie z. B. gastrointestinale, neuroendokrine, Kopf- und Halskrebs und andere Krebsarten. Andere programmatisch geeignete Gruppen von Krebsarten können solche umfassen, die sich um einen gemeinsamen biologischen Mechanismus drehen, der für die Förderung der Tumorentstehung und/oder des Krebsfortschritts an Organstellen, die zu verschiedenen Organsystemen gehören, entscheidend ist. Zum Beispiel kann sich ein SPORE auf Krebsarten konzentrieren, die durch denselben Infektionserreger verursacht werden, oder auf Krebsarten, die durch eine Dysregulation eines gemeinsamen Signalwegs gefördert und aufrechterhalten werden. Darüber hinaus kann sich ein SPORE auf übergreifende Themen wie pädiatrische Krebsarten oder gesundheitliche Ungleichheiten bei Krebs konzentrieren. Die durch dieses Programm unterstützte Forschung muss translational sein und aus der Forschung an menschlicher Biologie unter Verwendung zellulärer, molekularer, struktureller, biochemischer und/oder genetischer experimenteller Ansätze stammen. SPORE-Projekte müssen das Ziel haben, innerhalb der Projektlaufzeit des Stipendiums einen translationalen menschlichen Endpunkt zu erreichen.

This funding opportunity announcement (FOA) encourages grant applications that support the activities of the National Primate Research Centers (NPRCs). Nonhuman primates (NHPs) are most closely related to humans, both physiologically and genetically. Therefore, NHPs are critical animal models for basic and translational research aimed at understanding human biology, both in normal and diseased states. Proper husbandry and management of NHPs require specialized physical and intellectual resources, which are most effectively and economically provided in centralized primate centers, the resources of which are made available to investigators on a national basis. The NPRCs provide these resources to investigators/grantees who utilize NHPs in biomedical research and thereby complement and help enable the missions of the NIH Institutes and Centers.
