Strengthen the residential economy, improve the lives of local residents, and ensure a basket of basic services for all.
Public and public-facing services provide concrete answers to everyone's basic needs: decent housing, mobility within the territory, access to local shops... But it is also about local actors providing solutions that are in line with adapting contemporary lifestyles to climate and environmental challenges.
This action sheet thus aims to contribute to improving the offer of public and private services throughout the territory and for all audiences. Access to a basket of services continues to be a key element of the attractiveness and economic development of the Adour Chalosse Tursan Marsan territory.

Types of actions supported :

Development of residential pathways and upgrading of the housing stock :

• Engineering dedicated to the "residential pathway" action or aiming to bring about energy improvement of the housing stock or targeting very degraded housing
• Creation and improvement of social housing (less than 20 units)
