The following activities of the Grantees may be financed under the grants:- Raising awareness of the rights and values enshrined in the EU Treaties and the Charter and reaching out to the general public and key actors such as policymakers and legislators, legal practitioners and the judiciary; communication and information campaigns via social media.- Organising citizens' platforms and citizens' dialogues on topics related to EU rights and values (including through the use of digital technologies).- Coalitions and partnerships between civil society organisations; coordination and strategic cooperation between civil society organisations and other stakeholders, public or private sector actors.- Providing free advice, supervision and monitoring of EU policies, rights and values as enshrined in the EU Treaties and the Charter.- Promotion of the implementation of adopted laws, regulations and court cases.- Citizen participation/lobbying/advocacy to influence policy and contribute to decision-making processes (at national, regional or local level), including review/update/adoption of policies and legislation.- Research and analysis to inform policy-making at EU and national level, develop tools and standards to support EU values.- Providing targeted support services such as victim support, psychological support to deal with online and offline threats, etc.Only activities carried out in Poland are eligible. Financial Support to Startups and Scaleups (Shape Accelerator & Scale Post-Accelerator)

Cascade funding (FSTP – Financial Support to Third Parties). This call provides financial support and structured growth support to startups and scaleups with high growth potential operating in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). It targets ventures developing tech-enabled, market-driven, and IP-leveraged solutions capable of scaling commercially, generating economic and societal value, and strengthening the competitiveness of Europe’s creative economy. Through a single application process, companies may access different funding and support depending on their stage of development and investment readiness.Financial Support to Growth-stage Ventures (Shape Acceleration Programme) is designed for early-stage startups that have validated an initial market need and are beginning to generate traction, revenues, or pilot customers, but still require support to strengthen product-market fit, refine their business model, and prepare for larger-scale commercial growth and future investment. Selected ventures may receive initial financial support of up to EUR 100,000, complemented by structured business development, mentoring and investment-readiness support through the EIT Culture & Creativity Shape Acceleration Programme. During the programme’s Demo Day, up to four Shape ventures may be selected to receive additional financial support of up to EUR 100,000, subject to the conditions specified in the Call Guidelines.Financial Support to Scaling-stage Ventures (Scale Post-Acceleration Programme) targets mature startups and scale-ups that have already demonstrated strong product-market fit, recurring revenues, customer growth, and international scaling potential, and are now seeking to accelerate expansion through external investment and market scaling. Frequently asked questions
Do European funds have to be repaid?
Non-repayable grants are not returned if the project is carried out and reported according to the rules. Loans and financial instruments are a different matter and are repaid; in the assessment we clarify what kind of aid each call is.
Do I need a consortium with partners from other countries?
It depends on the programme. Many Horizon Europe lines require an international consortium; others allow a single beneficiary. We find and coordinate the partners when needed.
How long does the process take?
Several months usually pass between the call and the decision. That is why we start with the assessment: to target the right call with time to spare and not arrive late.
Do you only work with large organisations?
No. We also support small and medium-sized organisations; many programmes are designed precisely for the third sector and SMEs.
