European programmes move billions, but they are competitive, require consortia and a solid technical proposal. Most organisations do not apply for lack of time, partners or writing experience — not for lack of a project.
Captaru combines a consulting team specialised in European funding with a platform that tracks calls in real time. We handle the assessment, the consortium, the writing and the reporting; you focus on the project.
We work across the EU's main direct funding lines, each with its own rules and deadlines.

A four-step method, with our consulting team and the AI platform working on your project.
We analyse your organisation and your project and tell you, frankly, what you can apply for and with what odds.
We pick the call, find European partners and build the consortium the programme requires.
We write the proposal with our team and the AI platform: narrative, budget and impact.
If awarded, we support you through reports, audits and final reporting until closure.
We work with social organisations, companies, universities and public bodies that have a project with a European dimension and want to fund it without building an in-house EU funding department. If your project can have impact beyond your region, it probably fits a funding line.

The Captaru team raises funds for social projects and knows the European programmes from the inside: the same platform we use works for you.
Non-repayable grants are not returned if the project is carried out and reported according to the rules. Loans and financial instruments are a different matter and are repaid; in the assessment we clarify what kind of aid each call is.
It depends on the programme. Many Horizon Europe lines require an international consortium; others allow a single beneficiary. We find and coordinate the partners when needed.
Several months usually pass between the call and the decision. That is why we start with the assessment: to target the right call with time to spare and not arrive late.
No. We also support small and medium-sized organisations; many programmes are designed precisely for the third sector and SMEs.
Tell us about it: on a first call we will tell you whether there is a fit and which call to target. No strings attached.
