This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Captaru platform, which offers grant search and management services, training, volunteering, and related professional services.

The user undertakes to use the platform lawfully, to provide truthful information, and to refrain from activities that could damage, disable, or overload the services or infringe third-party rights.

All content on the platform (texts, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and databases) is owned by Fundación Plaza de Castilla or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction or exploitation without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

The Foundation does not guarantee the continuous availability of the platform and accepts no liability for damages arising from its use. The platform may contain links to third-party websites over whose content it exercises no control.

The Foundation reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration, and content of the platform, as well as these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the owner's registered address, unless consumer protection regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
