Prevent and combat corruption, by supporting measures aimed at both preventing and repressing it.

• Priority 1: strengthen anti-corruption measures at cross-border and European level, notably through the implementation of EU anti-corruption recommendations

• Priority 3: promote integrity and institutional resilience
