Setting up an experimental support and semi-autonomous accommodation service for young adults

Nature of the aid: With the ambition of securing the transition to adulthood for young adults leaving the child welfare service (ASE), the Department committed in 2023 to securing and boosting the integration pathways of young adults. These pathways will rely more heavily on common law by working on the autonomy of young people. This new system replaces the existing Dispositif Jeune Insertion Manche (DJIM) since 2015. It will be effective in August 2025. This call for projects must propose an autonomous and inclusive accommodation system for young adults aged 18 to 21, entrusted to child welfare, including young adults with disabilities falling under the provisions of articles L.312-1, 1° and 12° of the Social Action and Families Code (CASF), throughout the departmental territory. ; How to benefit from the aid: The instruction procedures, selection criteria, and composition of application files are specified in Annex 2 – call for projects notice.
