Cet appel à projets (AAP) a pour objectif de soutenir les travaux d’innovation et de démonstration, permettant de développer ou d'améliorer les composants et systèmes liés à la production, au transport d’hydrogène et à ses usages, tels que les applications, industrielles, de transport ou de fourniture d’énergie. Ces travaux seront portés par une ou plusieurs entreprises, pour développer un équipement, un produit ou un service, ou bien réaliser un démonstrateur mettant en œuvre de l’hydrogène, dans une perspective de transition écologique et énergétique et de structuration de la filière. Les projets devront s’inscrire dans au moins un des quatre axes présentés ci-après : Axe 1 - Briques technologiques : composants et systèmes innovants. Axe 2 - Pilotes (ou premières commerciales) innovants industriels et réseaux, fourniture temporaire ou localisée d’énergie. Axe 3 - Conception et démonstration de nouveaux véhicules. Axe 4 - Écoconception et recyclabilité. L’appel à projets est ouvert à partir du 6 mai 2025 jusqu’au 25 septembre 2026, et comporte 2 relèves intermédiaires : Relève intermédiaire 1 : 29 septembre 2025 Relève intermédiaire 2 : 6 avril 2026 Clôture finale : 25 septembre 2026 Une révision du cahier des charges pourra avoir lieu au moins annuellement. BLM Invasive and Noxious Plant Management Programs work to prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor weed populations on public lands.Invasive species cost the public millions of dollars in control and management each year and many invasive plants and noxious weeds are highly competitive and have the ability to permanently degrade our public lands.Noxious weeds and invasive species expansion are recognized as the single greatest threat to our native plant communities and the values they provide us.These native plant communities are essential for supporting wildlife habitat, watershed function, recreation opportunities, rural economies and working landscapes.Invasive plants and noxious weeds affect plant and animal communities on farms and ranches, and in parks, waters, forests, natural areas, and backyards in negative ways.Human activity such as trade, travel, and tourism have all increased substantially, escalating the speed and volume of species movement to unprecedented levels.Increased site vulnerability from wildfires that are more frequent and other disturbances is an ongoing challenge to maintaining the integrity of our native plant communities.Noxious weeds are particularly aggressive plants legally designated by states as being injurious to public health, the environment or the economy.Invasive species and noxious weeds adversely affect overall recreational opportunities on public land i.e., hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, watershed health and ecosystem function, which result in economic losses in rural and urban communities.Invasive species and noxious weeds affect adjacent private lands, both rural and urban, causing widespread economic losses to the agricultural industry as well as to other resources.Advance early detection rapid response.Enhance emergency stabilization and burned area rehabilitation. Advance education, awareness, and citizen science relative to invasive species. Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) solicits applications for research on developing a comprehensive and cohesive understanding of cancer metastasis. Towards this goal, the NCI will support U54 Specialized Centers that together will continue to serve as the hub of the Metastasis Research Network (MetNet). Each MetNet Center should propose an overarching scientific theme that will be pursued through two or three scientific inter- and multidisciplinary basic research projects. The projects should use integrative system level approaches to elucidate and integrate a mechanistic understanding of the non-linear, dynamic, and emergent processes in metastasis. Overarching themes should encompass the interplay between at least two central elements in the metastatic process such as early dissemination, cellular, soluble and/or physical microenvironment crosstalk, dormancy, or mechanisms of responses by metastatic cells to therapies. Studies on all types of cancer are welcome, including rare and pediatric metastatic cancers.Research proposed by MetNet Centers is expected to advance our understanding towards a more comprehensive appreciation of metastasis as a whole body, systems-level problem.

The specific purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to promote the development of a diverse, interdisciplinary workforce needed to conduct translational research on Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's-related dementias from target discovery through clinical development. This NOFO will support institutional training programs for predoctoral and postdoctoral level researchers with diverse educational backgrounds (i.e., basic biology, translational and clinical research, data science). The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to provide continuing support for specific pathogen-free (SPF) macaque colonies previously funded under the auspices of PAR-21-089 and PAR-18-669 that support Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) research. Breeding colonies are essential to sustain appropriate SPF macaques for research related to HIV/AIDS. Pedigree SPF macaques are free of certain viruses, which may confound the results of HIV/AIDS-related investigations or present a risk to the personnel who care for the animals. The SPF macaques are genetically characterized for major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I types, because MHC class I genotypes have large effects on macaque immune responses to Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) that can induce AIDS in nonhuman primates (NHPs) and on human immune responses to HIV.

The purpose of the Resource-Related Research Projects (R24) grant is to support investigator-initiated resources designed to provide materials and services to support and advance biomedical research on a national basis. An R24 resource grant mechanism is a non-hypothesis-driven activity to provide data, materials, tools, or services that are essential to making timely, high quality, and cost-efficient progress in a field. Hypothesis-driven research applications should not be submitted in response to this program announcement but to another mechanism that encourages this type of research. The resource should be available to any qualified investigator, and should be highly quality controlled, and not duplicate resources available commercially or through other sources. The goal of the NIGMS Predoctoral Basic Biomedical Sciences Research Training Program is to develop a pool of well-trained scientists available to address the Nations biomedical research agenda. Specifically, this funding opportunity announcement provides support to eligible, domestic institutions to develop and implement effective, evidence-informed approaches to biomedical graduate training and mentoring that will keep pace with the rapid evolution of the biomedical research enterprise. A través de esta oportunidad de financiación (FOA), el Instituto Nacional del Cáncer (NCI) invita a presentar solicitudes para subvenciones de Centros de Investigación P50 para Programas Especializados de Excelencia en Investigación (SPORE). El programa financiará subvenciones SPORE P50 para apoyar la investigación traslacional de vanguardia iniciada por investigadores que contribuirá a mejorar la prevención, la detección temprana, el diagnóstico y el tratamiento de un cáncer específico de un órgano o un grupo de cánceres altamente relacionados. Para los fines de esta FOA, un grupo de cánceres altamente relacionados son aquellos que se derivan del mismo sistema de órganos, como los gastrointestinales, neuroendocrinos, de cabeza y cuello, y otros cánceres. Otros grupos de cánceres programáticamente apropiados pueden incluir aquellos centrados en un mecanismo biológico común crítico para promover la tumorigénesis y/o la progresión del cáncer en sitios de órganos que pertenecen a diferentes sistemas de órganos. Por ejemplo, un SPORE puede centrarse en cánceres causados por el mismo agente infeccioso o cánceres promovidos y sostenidos por la desregulación de una vía de señalización común. Además, un SPORE puede centrarse en temas transversales como los cánceres pediátricos o las disparidades en la salud del cáncer. La investigación apoyada a través de este programa debe ser traslacional y debe derivarse de la investigación sobre biología humana utilizando enfoques experimentales celulares, moleculares, estructurales, bioquímicos y/o genéticos. Los proyectos SPORE deben tener el objetivo de alcanzar un punto final humano traslacional dentro del período del proyecto de la subvención.

Este anuncio de oportunidad de financiamiento (FOA) fomenta las solicitudes de subvención que apoyan las actividades de los Centros Nacionales de Investigación de Primates (NPRC). Los primates no humanos (NHP) están más estrechamente relacionados con los humanos, tanto fisiológica como genéticamente. Por lo tanto, los NHP son modelos animales críticos para la investigación básica y traslacional destinada a comprender la biología humana, tanto en estados normales como enfermos. El manejo y la gestión adecuados de los NHP requieren recursos físicos e intelectuales especializados, que se proporcionan de manera más efectiva y económica en centros de primates centralizados, cuyos recursos están disponibles para los investigadores a nivel nacional. Los NPRC proporcionan estos recursos a investigadores/beneficiarios que utilizan NHP en la investigación biomédica y, por lo tanto, complementan y ayudan a habilitar las misiones de los Institutos y Centros de los NIH.
