Cos'è Bando per la concessione di contributi ordinari, rivolto a soggetti pubblici e privati che non perseguono fini di lucro che intendono promuovere iniziative e manifestazioni di rilevo regionale, ai sensi della l.r. del 12 settembre 1986, n. 50 e coerentemente con i Criteri adottati dalla Giunta Regionale con d.g.r del 17/12/2018 n. XI/1041, aggiornata con successiva d.g.r. del 2 luglio 2019 n. XI/1815, e con decreto del 13/11/2025 n. 16240 . Le richieste di contributo ordinario devono essere presentate almeno 60 giorni prima dell’inizio dell’evento. Sono ammesse alla valutazione solo le richieste relative ad iniziative che si realizzino completamente nel corso dell'anno solare 2026. A chi si rivolge Possono chiedere il contributo i soggetti pubblici e privati che non perseguono fini di lucro e non promuovono alcuna forma di discriminazione. Cosa prevede L’agevolazione si configura come contributo a fondo perduto. Il contributo minimo erogabile è di 2.500,00 euro e il massimo è di 20.000,00 euro. L'agevolazione prevede un'unica tranche di erogazione che verrà effettuata dopo aver presentato la relativa rendicontazione, entro e non oltre i 60 giorni dalla conclusione dell’evento.

Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Joint Warfighter Medical Research Program (JWMRP) Military Medical Research and Development Award (MMRDA) mechanism is intended to fund the logical continuation of previous Department of War (DOW)-funded research and development efforts relevant to the FY26 JWMRP that augment and accelerate high-priority medical requirements to meet the needs of Service Members and other Military Health System beneficiaries. The MMRDA supports a wide range of research projects spanning late-stage preclinical studies, late-state technology development efforts, technology demonstration, translational, and clinical research. Projects must be relevant to at least one of the FY26 JWMRP focus areas. Distinctive Features: To be eligible for JWMRP funding, applicants/offerors must have already received DOD/DOW core or DOD/DOW Congressional Special Interest funding. An MMRDA Clinical Research or Clinical Trial Option (MMRDA-CRCTO) is available to specifically support clinical research/observational studies, all phases of clinical trials/interventional studies, and/or correlative studies in support of the development of promising pharmaceutical or biologic candidates, medical devices and technologies. Applicants/offerors should select MMRDA-CRCTO when the application/proposal involves research that includes any human subjects, human biological samples (prospective or retrospective) or human data sets. Note: If selecting this option, applicants must submit additional relevant application/proposal materials.

Le sujet proposé visera à développer et à faire progresser les technologies de communications et de mise en réseau pour les opérations navales. Contexte : Un Design for Maritime Superiority (2018) décrit une architecture opérationnelle pour les opérations maritimes distribuées (DMO) qui « ... fournira des informations précises, opportunes et analysées aux unités, aux groupes de combat et aux flottes. » Un composant critique de cette architecture est le Naval Tactical Grid (NTG) pour connecter les unités distribuées en groupes et les groupes distribués en flottes. Les technologies de communication et de mise en réseau capables de fournir une connectivité fluide et robuste sont des facilitateurs clés pour le NTG. Ces technologies seront déployées sur une variété de plateformes, avec ou sans équipage, opérant dans des conditions environnementales et de guerre opérationnelle difficiles (manque d'infrastructure, mobilité, limitations du spectre, interférences, trajets multiples, conditions atmosphériques, brouillage, interception électronique, contraintes de taille/poids/puissance, etc.) dans différents domaines (terre, maritime [incluant la surface et le sous-marin], cyber et espace). Le commandement et le contrôle (C2) ainsi que la prise de décision, à tous les niveaux de commandement, pour la DMO dépendent de manière critique de ces technologies de communication et de mise en réseau.

Le programme de Mathématiques appliquées soutient la recherche en mathématiques motivée par la résolution de problèmes issus des sciences et de l'ingénierie, et y contribuant. Les propositions retenues doivent démontrer une innovation mathématique, ainsi qu'une étendue et une qualité d'impact sur les applications. Les projets offrant également des opportunités de formation mathématique rigoureuse pour les jeunes mathématiciens appliqués par leur implication dans la recherche sont encouragés. Les propositions prises en compte par le programme de Mathématiques appliquées peuvent aller de projets de chercheurs uniques à des projets d'équipes interdisciplinaires. Conferences Les propositions destinées au programme de Mathématiques appliquées pour des conférences ou des ateliers doivent être soumises via l'appel à propositions du programme « Conferences and Workshops in the Mathematical Sciences » (lien ci-dessous). Les chercheurs principaux doivent lire attentivement l'appel à propositions pour obtenir des informations importantes concernant la substance des propositions pour les conférences, les ateliers, les écoles d'été/d'hiver et les activités similaires. Pour faciliter la notification rapide de la disponibilité du soutien : Les propositions pour des conférences, ateliers, etc., devant se tenir aux US doivent être soumises 8 mois avant la date de la conférence ; Les propositions pour soutenir les déplacements de groupe à des réunions en dehors des US doivent être soumises 12 mois avant la date de la réunion ; Les propositions pour des conférences, ateliers, etc., dont la demande de budget dépasse $50,000 doivent être soumises lors de la fenêtre de soumission annuelle de novembre.

The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to invite Small Research Grant (R21) applications that propose to study the ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI) of human genetics and genomics. Applications may propose studies using either single or mixed methods. Direct involvement of key stakeholders where appropriate is encouraged. These applications should be for small research projects, such as those that involve single investigators. Of particular interest are projects that propose normative or conceptual analyses, including focused legal, economic, philosophical, anthropological, or historical analyses of new or emerging issues. This mechanism can also be used for the collection of preliminary data and the secondary analysis of existing data.

Open Call for Cutting-Edge Defence Solutions

The BattleVerse 1st Open Call aims to support the development and validation of innovative technological solutions that contribute to advanced mission planning, simulation, training and execution in defence related environments. Selected applicants will implement a six-month experiment, developing and demonstrating their proposed solution and assessing its potential contribution to the BattleVerse ecosystem.Proposals shall address one of the following three technical topics:Topic 1: LLMs for strategic decision-making, symbolic reasoning, game theory and planning under uncertainty. Experiments under this topic will explore the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-based approaches to support strategic decision-making and mission planning, including symbolic reasoning, game-theoretic modelling, planning under uncertainty and human-in-the-loop approaches.Topic 2: Multi-physics simulation capabilities for multi-domain defence environments. Experiments selected under this topic should explore and demonstrate simulation approaches capable of modelling complex operational environments and interactions across multiple warfare domains.Topic 3: Distributed AI for autonomous systems (UxVs) with for coordinated swarm operations. Experiments selected under this topic should explore and demonstrate how autonomous systems powered by machine learning and distributed AI can support coordinated multi-UxV operations in complex operational environments.Across the three topics, proposed experiments should demonstrate a clear technological contribution, a credible implementation approach and the potential to advance the capabilities of the BattleVerse simulation environment. Experiments are expected to achieve at least TRL 5 by the end of the six-month implementation period.Selected beneficiaries will also have access to targeted coaching and guidance activities provided by the BattleVerse consortium. These activities will support applicants in addressing relevant technical challenges related to the development, integration, testing and validation of their solutions. The selected beneficiaries will remain fully responsible for the implementation and delivery of their experiments.
