La Rete di Ricerca sulle Metastasi (MetNet) del National Cancer Institute (NCI) è una raccolta di Centri di Ricerca U54 che supportano l'utilizzo di approcci a livello di sistema per comprendere questioni urgenti relative alle metastasi. L'obiettivo generale della MetNet è far progredire la nostra comprensione delle metastasi come problema a livello di sistema e di corpo intero per sviluppare un quadro completo e coeso dei processi coinvolti. Attraverso questo Avviso di Opportunità di Finanziamento (NOFO), l'NCI invita a presentare domande per i Progetti di Ricerca MetNet. Questi Progetti di Ricerca dovrebbero essere definiti come entità discrete che utilizzano approcci a livello di sistema per affrontare lacune e opportunità nella ricerca sulle metastasi, al fine di integrarsi nella MetNet e completare la ricerca in corso in tutta la Rete.
