Ce dispositif finance des projets de solidarité internationale portés par des organismes néo-aquitains. Il soutient deux types de projets et est organisé en 2 axes : les projets d'éducation à la citoyenneté et à la solidarité internationale (ECSI) dans l'axe "COMPRENDRE", et les projets de développement solidaire avec des partenaires de pays éligibles à l'aide publique au développement dans l'axe "AGIR". Dans le cadre de sa feuille de route pour l’action européenne, transfrontalière et internationale 2023-2028, la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine affirme notamment l’ambition: D’être une région solidaire, inclusive et durable ; De faciliter l’accès à l’Europe et à l’international des opérateurs régionaux; De faire de l’action européenne et internationale un accélérateur de l’innovation sur l’ensemble du territoire. Ce dispositif, renouvelé et unifié en 2026, vise à soutenir: Les projets d’éducation à la citoyenneté et à la solidarité internationale (ECSI) , à l’ouverture au monde, visant la compréhension des enjeux internationaux contemporains et notamment des objectifs de développement durable (ODD) dans une perspective internationale. AXE «COMPRENDRE» Les projets de coopération et de solidarité internationale impliquant un ou plusieurs partenaires internationaux issus d’un ou plusieurs pays éligibles à l’aide publique au développement et s’inscrivant dans une logique de partenariat. Ces projets devront obligatoirement inclure un volet d’ECSI sur le territoire régional au profit des jeunes et/ou du grand public. AXE «AGIR» Il répond aux objectifs suivants : Contribuer, à l’échelle régionale, à l’atteinte d'ici à 2030 des 17 Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD) pour lutter contre la pauvreté, les inégalités et l’injustice et faire face au changement climatique ; Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de la feuille de route régionale « Néo Terra » dédiée à la transition énergétique et écologique ; Favoriser l’ouverture au monde et une meilleure compréhension des enjeux mondiaux ; Susciter l’engagement des acteurs néo-aquitains en faveur d’une société plus solidaire et responsable et d’un développement soutenable ; Participer à la valorisation des savoir-faire régionaux à l’étranger et à leur enrichissement grâce aux échanges internationaux ; Soutenir le dynamisme de la société civile de Nouvelle-Aquitaine dans la solidarité internationale et l’éducation à la citoyenneté internationale grâce à l'accompagnement d'acteurs associatifs, économiques et institutionnels locaux. Montant maximal : 10 000€ pour les projets de l'axe COMPRENDRE et 40 000€ pour les projets de l'axe AGIR Taux d'aide : la subvention ne pourra pas représenter plus de 50% du Coût Total (CT) du projet Dépenses de personnels salariés plafonnées à 30% du coût total (CT) pour l'axe AGIR et 50% pour l'axe COMPRENDRE ; Dépenses de personnels volontaires plafonnées à 40 % du CT ; Frais de mission à l’étranger plafonnées à 30% du CT ; Frais généraux (ou administratifs) limités à 5% du CT ; Contributions valorisées plafonnées à 20% du CT ; Autofinancement, hors valorisation, d’au moins 5% du CT ; Participation (financière et/ou valorisée) des partenaires internationaux attendue.

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) encourages research on the biology of high-confidence risk factors associated with complex brain disorders, with a focus on the intracellular, transcellular, and circuit substrates of neural function. For the purposes of this NOFO, the term complex can refer to a multifactorial contribution to risk (e.g., polygenic and/or environmental) and/or highly distributed functional features of the brain disorder. Studies may be either hypothesis-generating (unbiased discovery) or hypothesis-testing in design and may utilize in vivo, in situ or in vitro experimental paradigms, e.g., model organisms or human cell-based assays. While behavioral paradigms and outcome measures can be incorporated into the research design to facilitate the characterization of intracellular, transcellular, and circuit mechanisms, these are neither required nor expected. Studies should not attempt to model disorders but instead should aim to elucidate the neurobiological impact of individual or combined risk factor(s), such as the affected molecular and cellular components and their relationships within defined biological process(es). This can include the fundamental biology of these factors, components, and processes. The resulting paradigms, component pathways, and biological processes should be disseminated with sufficient detail to enrich common and/or federated data resources (e.g., those contributing to the Gene Ontology, Synaptic Gene Ontology, FAIR Data Informatics) in order to bridge the gap between disease risk factors, biological mechanism and therapeutic target identification. The present NOFO (R01 activity code) can be used for applications to further develop lines of inquiry where feasibility or proof-of-concept has been established. Attraverso questo Avviso di Opportunità di Finanziamento (NOFO), il National Cancer Institute (NCI) invita a presentare domande per progetti volti ad espandere, migliorare o trasformare l'utilità dei modelli mammiferi di cancro e tumore per la ricerca traslazionale. Attraverso questo Avviso di Opportunità di Finanziamento (NOFO), il National Cancer Institute (NCI) sollecita candidature per l'identificazione di piccole molecole che funzionano per chiarire la biologia della malattia come sonde chimiche o funzionano come agonisti o antagonisti del bersaglio/i della malattia per la terapia o l'immunoterapia. Il NOFO è inteso a supportare la ricerca di scoperta per l'identificazione di hit validati rilevanti per gli esiti correlati alla salute degli Istituti NIH partecipanti. Le fasi della ricerca di scoperta coperte da questo NOFO includono: 1) sviluppo di saggi per specifici bersagli biologici e meccanismi di malattia rilevanti per la missione degli Istituti NIH partecipanti con l'intento di screenare composti a piccole molecole che mostrano potenziale come sonde da utilizzare per far progredire la conoscenza sui bersagli noti, identificare nuovi bersagli o come lead pre-terapeutici; 2) implementazione dello screening con approcci ad alto rendimento focalizzati sul bersaglio o approcci a rendimento moderato basati su fenotipi e frammenti per identificare gli hit di screening iniziali; 3) validazione degli hit, inclusa l'implementazione di saggi secondari ortogonali al saggio primario, analisi cheminformatiche avanzate e ispezione iniziale di chimica medicinale per prioritizzare il set di hit, e saggi di follow-up per caratterizzare la modalità e il meccanismo d'azione degli hit validati; 4) ottimizzazione da hit a lead, inclusa SAR per ottimizzare l'engagement del bersaglio, la selettività e per minimizzare le passività chimiche, studi ADME, PK e PD, e, se appropriato, in vivo m…
