L'accompagnement éducatif permet aux jeunes de partir dans un cadre sécurisé et de développer leur appétence pour les langues et les actions relevant de l'intérêt général. Objectifs Favoriser l'accueil et l'envoi de volontaires européens pour des missions de court ou long terme. Encourager la participation de jeunes néo-aquitains à des échanges internationaux permettant de favoriser l'ouverture aux autres et l'apprentissage de la Citoyenneté internationale.

Objectifs : Afin d'assurer le développement équilibré des pratiques sportives sur son territoire, la Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine participe au financement des équipements sportifs publics : mis à la disposition des lycées, des centres de formation des apprentis (CFA) et des établissements régionaux d'enseignement adapté (EREA) dans le cadre de la pratique de l'éducation physique et sportive avec un taux d'occupation d'au moins 20 % du temps d'ouverture et un accès gratuit aux équipements, à vocation régionale, nationale ou internationale permettant la pratique de haut niveau et l'accueil de compétitions majeures, favorisant les sports de nature sur le territoire des Parc Naturels Régionaux (PNR).

Rémunérer les stagiaires de la formation professionnelle

La Région a la responsabilité politique et légale de faciliter les conditions de réalisation des formations à destination des jeunes et des adultes à la recherche d'un emploi ou d'une nouvelle orientation professionnelle. L'entrée en formation entraîne souvent une ré-organistion de la vie personnelle, générant des déplacements donc des frais. C'est pourquoi, la Région assure une rémunération et une protection sociale aux stagiaires de la formation professionnelle (sous certaines conditions). Objectifs : Ces dispositions en faveur de la rémunération et de la protection sociale, doivent permettre au stagiaire d'accéder et se maintenir jusqu'à l'issue du parcours de formation, durant lequel il peut développer ses compétences. En accordant un régime plus favorable que le Code du Travail, la Région a introduit des mesures en faveur de certains stagiaires selon le principe de solidarité : Prime monoparentale forfaitaire mensuelle de 100 € au stagiaire parent isolé avec au moins un enfant à charge (y compris en cas de garde alternée), Application du barème de la catégorie d'âge supérieure pour les primo-demandeurs d'emploi de moins de 18 ans.

UrbanVitaliz est un service humain et numérique gratuit qui permet de lever les blocages rencontrés par les collectivités en déficit d'ingénierie qui souhaitent débloquer le foncier à l'abandon sur leur territoire (anciennes zones commerciales, industrielles, ferroviaires, résidences à l'abandon, etc.). Le foncier artificialisé qui a perdu son usage représente une belle opportunité de renouvellement urbain, pour limiter l'artificialisation de sols naturels ou agricoles. Mais il est aussi très complexe à réhabiliter, et de nombreuses collectivités en déficit d'ingénierie renoncent face aux difficultés et inconnues rencontrées. En lien avec les acteurs ressources des territoires, UrbanVitaliz agit d'ores et déjà avec succès auprès des communes et intercommunalités pour les aiguiller gratuitement dans leur démarche : 👩‍💼 En les orientant vers un acteur public ou privé qui peut intervenir aux côtés de la collectivité en fonction de son cas de figure (EPF, Ademe, services de l'Etat, prestation d'acteur privé, etc.) ; 💸 En faisant le tri parmi les financements existants pour un type de projet donné ; 📌 En proposant les prochaines étapes à suivre jusqu'à la phase travaux, etc. La construction du parcours numérique et l'alimentation de l'outil avec les bonnes ressources sont réalisées au fil de l'eau à partir des besoins des collectivités qui sollicitent le service, en partenariat avec l'ensemble des acteurs du territoire (DDT-M, Ademe, Établissements Publics Fonciers, Agences d'urbanisme, SAFER, etc.). L'équipe est composée de 2 urbanistes conseillères qui répondent aux questions des collectivités, pour apporter des solutions pertinentes, et d'une personne chargée de déploiement disponible pour vous aider sur le service. 72 % des dossiers sont déposés par des communes de moins de 5000 habitants. 40% des dossiers par des communes de moins de 2000 habitants. Revitalisation - Renouvellement urbain - Renaturation - Sobriété foncière - Lien entre acteurs du territoire - Appui à l'ingénierie Il s'agit d'une initiative du Cerema et de beta.gouv.fr en partenariat avec le MTE (DGALN), l'ANCT et l'EPF Hauts-de-France, qui s'inscrit dans le cadre du Zéro Artificialisation Nette.
