Support for conducting building vulnerability diagnostics:

• Public building
• Housing
• Business (< 20 employees)

Under its GeMAPI competence, the Métropole du Grand Paris is committed to supporting Cities and Territories in flood prevention actions.

The funding rate varies up to 80% , depending on other funders. Funding is capped at 30 000 € HT , per structure and per year.

The grant application file must include:

• a letter addressed to the President
• a technical file presenting the approach with the location or scope of the action, the dates, as well as a financing plan specifying in particular the cost distribution and co-financing.

The grant agreement will be deliberated by the Metropolitan Bureau.

Subsequently, a written response will be sent to the applicant.

If affirmative, a financing agreement will be sent, which will specify the payment rules.

This must be completed and signed by both parties.
