Support for professional risk prevention initiatives focusing on a priority theme: deployment of an action plan

The prevention approach, intended to establish a strategy and actions for promoting occupational health and safety, is based on a participatory and dynamic perspective involving the workforce and employee representatives. It focuses on the deployment of an action plan and targets a theme defined as a priority by the FNP.

The priority nature is determined by the managing department at the time of processing.

The priority areas are:

• Occupations: childcare assistants and acting assistants, home helpers, specialized technical agents for nursery schools (ATSEM), municipal police officers, healthcare, animation, and waste sorting and collection occupations
• Themes: professional disinsertion, external violence, and sexist and sexual violence
• Structures: all institutionalized care facilities for the elderly (EHPAD, ULSD, etc.)

The action plan must cover at least two risks related to the occupation, or at least two occupations for a given theme, by including reflection on the collective organization of work. If the diagnosis has not been made...
