Support collaborative projects for energy renovation of housing

Objectives

• Contribute to achieving the objectives of the Regional Climate, Air and Energy Schemes in terms of energy efficiency;
• Deploy comprehensive support offers for households (technical and financial) within the framework of global and high-performance renovation projects, such as the Oktave Integrated Energy Renovation Service;
• Experiment with new tools and services intended to be implemented and disseminated through a network of Local Housing Energy Renovation Platforms.
• Contribute to the structuring of organized ecosystems of actors, capable of responding to the challenges of renovation by adapting to changes in demand.

Beneficiaries of the aid

Local authorities (EPCI, project territories), associations such as Local Energy Agencies (ALE), mixed economy companies (SEM) or local public companies (SPL) mandated by one or more communities and, in general, any actor involved in public/private partnerships, such as a structure falling under the Social and Solidarity Economy specialized in eco-construction (e.g. SCIC).
