Support for the creation of labeled group gîtes

In order to develop the capacity and quality of tourist accommodation in the Haute-Marne territory, the departmental council provides financial support to project owners for their investments.

The group gîte welcomes hikers (on foot, horseback, cyclists, etc.) who wish to make a short stop before continuing their itinerary; it is often located near a hiking trail. The group gîte is designed to accommodate families or groups for any occasion: weekends, holidays, discovery classes, receptions, seminars, sports courses, etc.

- for creation

- for the rehabilitation of housing aimed at creating a group gîte with a minimum capacity of 15 people.

- for the establishment of leisure facilities, provided that the group gîte meets, at the end of the works, in accordance with current legislation, the standards for:

• fire safety
• accessibility for people with disabilities
• thermal
