Support for acquiring sanitation - drinking water skills

Implement operational governance by 2020, within the framework of the new competencies defined by the NOTRe law and potentially the Ferrand law:

• Analysis of "water" issues in the considered territory
• Establishment of the specifications describing the mission expected from the service provider for the realization of the studies
• Assistance with contract award; Study of offers to help the contracting authority in its choice of service provider
• Monitoring of the study.

In the case of very important and complex studies (extensive public finance component), the service will limit its action to assisting the contracting authority in choosing a project management assistant (establishment of the mission program, contract award, assistance in choosing the service provider).

• Working meetings on specific themes upon request
