Support for the energy renovation of private housing stock

1. Prepare your intervention

To define an effective intervention strategy that brings partners together around the project, preparatory studies are essential. The Anah can contribute to their financing; to do this, you must contact your Departmental Directorate for Territories (DDT). This body provides you with the statistical and methodological tools necessary to accurately assess the energy renovation needs of the private housing stock in your area.

The objective of preparatory studies is to develop a shared diagnosis among all the partners you wish to involve in the project. They allow for the development of an intervention strategy to encourage owners to commit. The conclusions of these studies define the program's objectives and the financial stakes for the Anah and all partners.

When you wish to extend or renew a program, preparatory studies will be based on the evaluation of the previous program.
They are generally entrusted to a study firm specializing in defining public policies related to housing.

The amount of your aid: 50% of the excluding tax amount of the study, up to a maximum of €100,000 in aid from the Anah.
