Support the development of rugby practice in its territory

As part of its federal project and territorial reform, the French Rugby Federation has deployed 162 Club Technical Advisors (CTCs) to its clubs and across all its metropolitan and overseas territories. To develop a strong and coherent territorial network, each municipality is linked to a CTC.

Employed by regional Leagues and operating in areas of approximately 10 clubs, they are responsible for developing rugby practice in their territories by supporting the communities and clubs around them.

Aware that communities are strong actors in the development of a sports practice, we provide CTCs to enable you to create or strengthen the development of rugby practice. Developing this type of project in your territory will allow you to link your various local actors around this sport, which carries strong values. The CTC of your territory will be there to answer your questions with the aim of creating the rugby of tomorrow together.
