Supporting learners with disabilities: the role of the reception approach initiated by the Region and AGEFIPH to create a network of professionals at your service

Description

Candidates and trainees in vocational training can directly contact the disability referent of their center or training organization. The disability referent ensures the reception of the learner and the monitoring of their progress. A departmental coordinator can provide support for the training paths of learners with disabilities in conjunction with partners present in the territories. In addition, the Disability Training Resource facilitates the mobilization of compensation means in response to different disability situations throughout the training path.
