Supporting communities in the development of urban planning documents

As part of the procedures for the evolution of urban planning documents, the Department makes its technical skills available to municipalities and EPCIs, so that they can develop a sustainable planning document allowing the operational implementation of their urban development prospects.

• Connecting partners
• Awareness-raising on architecture and landscapes, biodiversity...
• Taking into account the impact of development projects on departmental roads
• Integration of mobilities (bus, active modes...) in urban planning documents
• Assistance with the revision of urban planning documents
• Written services - Sending a porter-à-connaissance
• Presence of Department agents at Associated Public Persons meetings
• Working meetings on specific themes upon request
• Technical support during mandatory meetings in municipalities or upon request
