Support communities in the development of a territorial project, an action program, and its implementation

Description

Allow a community, based on a diagnosis (achievable in ID77), to build and develop a territorial project and the resulting action program. The Department provides its knowledge and technical skills to the community to achieve the constitution of a provisional action program that could be implemented and to identify potential funding.
