Support communities in understanding the challenges of Net Zero Artificialization (ZAN) and SDRIF-E and their implementation at the local level

Support communities in understanding the implementation of ZAN and SDRIF-E (environmental master plan) in their territory: * Provision of the Department's technical expertise to Seine-et-Marne communities for support in implementing ZAN principles in their territory, in accordance with the orientations of the future SDRIF-E. This offer aims to enable a commune or an EPCI to understand the implications of implementing the Climate and Resilience law and its regional application through the SDRIF-E, as well as the potential offered to continue its development, while preserving its local specificities. * Short-term awareness-raising, through one to several meetings depending on the request. For requests initiated by EPCIs or SMEPs, pedagogical support can first be provided at the level of the initiating community, then to voluntary communes if they deem it necessary at the local level. Meetings are planned after the offer is activated to specify the request and raise awareness of the challenges of ZAN and SDRIF-E and their local application. A summary document will then be provided to the community.
