Based on energy bills and consumption, and a visit to the buildings, a report is submitted on the thermal evaluation of municipal buildings and proposals for solutions and a prioritization of actions to be implemented and buildings to be treated. This support is carried out in coordination with the SDESM for communes adhering to this Syndicate and/or having an agreement with the SURE.
