Description

Created in 2014, the ATD 88, Departmental Technical Agency of the Vosges, offers local engineering to elected officials in the Vosges to help them carry out their projects. The preservation of natural environments and the management of water resources are important issues in the face of climate change. In the field of water and sanitation, our technicians support you by carrying out feasibility studies or project management assistance (AMO) missions. We can also provide you with assistance for studies on competence transfers, the renewal of farm-out contracts, or the monitoring of public service delegations. Feasibility studies allow you to have a document that will transcribe your needs, the feasibility of your project according to constraints (technical, environmental, etc.), the financial envelope of the operation, and the aid that can be mobilized for the realization of the project. The AMO intervenes after the completion of a feasibility study. The AMO mission allows us, with the community and any structure associated with the project, to define the program of the operation and the associated budget.
