Support economic sectors and stakeholders in promoting local resources

Description

The economy of rural territories has for decades turned outwards and remains very dependent on fluctuations over which they have no control. The Covid crisis and then the energy crisis largely illustrated this fact and the fragility they caused in the territory. Some sectors are more impacted than others. Institutional and economic actors have undertaken, through various strategies, work for the autonomy of the territory through the optimal valorization of locally present resources. Maintaining activities and developing local sectors in the territories is a challenge for the populations and the attractiveness of these territories. This action sheet aims to identify the levers for capturing the potential of resources directly in the territory. These resources notably concern: Requalification of waste through reuse and repurposing Valorization of the territory's land resources Valorization of agricultural and food productions through the establishment of short and local supply chains The objective is to support the creation of sectors, as well as their development, particularly by supporting missing links in the sector's chain.
