Support for local authority operations

Initiated by the Ain Department in 2013, the Ain Departmental Engineering Agency, named Agence 01, has integrated its operations into its policy of supporting municipalities and inter-municipalities.

The agency's main missions are to support and advise local authorities in their projects.

This translates into the provision, through agreements, of human resources with technical and administrative skills in each of the themes covered by the agency:

• Roads (safety, soft modes, trails, etc.), public space development (parks, squares, sports facilities, etc.).
• Construction and renovation of public buildings (town hall, school, health center, multi-purpose hall, etc.).
• Water cycle (sanitation, wastewater treatment plants, fire-fighting equipment, etc.).
• Urban planning (planning and operational).
• Support for public procurement.
• Legal support (advice, support in setting up public service delegations, etc.).
• Financial engineering (support and realization of grant applications, advice on optimizing financing plans, drafting applications for calls for projects, etc.).
