Types of eligible operations/projects:
- work to improve the energy performance of public buildings,
- production of renewable energies for exclusive self-consumption,
- development of cycle paths and structuring soft mobilities for services to the population that would not be integrated into the soft mobility system,
- other projects promoting ecological transition: rewilding, community gardens, donation boxes, digital equipment for schools, rainwater harvesting, etc.
These projects fall under the categories of local or structuring investment projects.
Eligible project expenses:
- energy transition works aimed at rehabilitating buildings for public use or subsidized social housing,
- rewilding works,
- construction works for soft mobility routes,
- energy production equipment, thermal renovation or energy transition appearing in the dedicated device of the unique departmental regulation.
