Accompanying territories in the creation of a solidarity mobility offer - Mob'In network program

The actors of the Mob'In France network have the skills and the capacity to support local authorities in the reflection, creation, and development of an inclusive mobility service offer.
This support can be comprehensive, structuring the entire reflection from the diagnostic phase to the implementation of recommendations. Or it can be present only in one or the other of the phases of building a territorial inclusive mobility policy.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Here are the services that the Mob'In France network can offer as part of a feasibility study for the creation of a solidarity mobility offer:

- Drafting a diagnosis to establish a global assessment highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the territory with regard to the desired project;
- Defining strategic priorities in light of the identified challenges;
- Drafting a project including several scenarios;
- Support in the implementation of the chosen scenario

Mob'In France's engineering mission will specifically respond to the requests of the territories and will be built to measure with the client.
