Financial aid capped at 10% of the acquisition amount (acquisition + notary fees) with a maximum eligible expense of €183,000.

Amount calculated based on the assessment of the Land Registry in case of amicable acquisition and on the amount set by the judge in case of expropriation. The municipality or EPCI undertakes to carry out the social housing program within 4 years and not to destine the acquired properties for another purpose.
