Acquire sensitive natural areas

NATURE OF THE AID

The aim is to encourage local authorities to acquire sensitive natural areas (ENS). The departmental council, in the sectors predefined within the framework of the sensitive natural areas scheme, provides local authorities that wish to do so with the technical, land and financial tools to implement an active land management policy.

Amount of aid: up to 50% of the amount of acquisitions, excluding notary fees and possible additional aid from the Water Agency in wetlands.

HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE AID

Complete the grant application form and send it to the instructing department accompanied by the supporting documents.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Documents to provide, relating to the financing of the project:

• The provisional financing plan for the project including related expenses, specifying the origin and amount of financial resources (personal contribution, loans, subsidies including the requested aid) as well as, if applicable, an indicative schedule of planned expenses.
• For aid already obtained, a copy of the decisions (or notifications) and an indication of indirect public aid if applicable.
