Acting on the energy management of my public heritage

The community is supported in the energy monitoring of its public buildings and benefits from technical support in carrying out the work recommended by the ALEC.

• Meeting with the community and relevant partners
• Technical visit of public buildings (construction system, condition and thickness of existing insulation, joinery, heating and air conditioning system, regulation, etc.) • Analysis of consumption over the last three years
• Monitoring of energy and water consumption of buildings and public lighting
• Recommendation of energy saving actions on the studied buildings
• Realization of a multi-year investment plan in consultation with the municipal team
• Identification of renewable energy potential
• Awareness of public building users about energy savings
• Proposal of multi-year investment programs for each public building (heating regulation and programming, insulation, efficient renewable heating, etc.)

ALEC adapts to the needs of the community and can carry out all of the above support or only a part of it.
