Support for the creation and operation of territorial observatories

ADEME financially supports the creation and operation of regional Climate Air Energy observatories and regional Circular Economy, Waste and Resources observatories.

This aid system is divided into two pillars:

• Creation aid is a lump sum aid provided once per observatory and per mission (Climate Air Energy, or Circular Economy, Waste and Resources): an observatory with two missions can benefit from two creation aids. Creation aid can be combined with operating aid over the same period. ADEME also provides aid for preliminary studies for an observatory.
• Operating aid is annual aid that can be combined by mission (Climate Air Energy, or Circular Economy, Waste and Resources): an observatory with two missions can benefit from two operating aids.
