Aid for the rehabilitation of social rental housing

Objective: To assist in the rehabilitation of existing rental housing, including an energy renovation component

Type of aid: Investment grant

Amount/Rate of aid : 2 500 € per dwelling.

Payment

A 50% advance payment may be made at the start of the works: no advance payments less than 10 000€ and upon presentation of supporting documents: service order for the start of works

The balance (50%) will be paid upon completion of the works, upon presentation of supporting documents:

• Certificate of commissioning certifying a realization in conformity with the subsidized operation established by the Project Owner or exceptionally a certificate of housing constructed established by the Project Owner
• DPE attesting to label B
• a statement of the total expenditure paid (amount excluding and including tax) signed by the project owner
