Aid for the rehabilitation of conventional communal (or inter-communal) rental housing

Objective

To assist in the rehabilitation of communal or inter-communal housing that has been conventional for at least 10 years.

Type of aid: Investment subsidy.

Amount/Rate of aid : 2500€ per dwelling

Constituent documents of the file

• Project presentation note specifying the address of the works, supplemented by a site plan,
• Project description allowing to reach label C,
• Provisional schedule for start and end of works,
• Decision to renew the State's approval and current agreement with the State
• Provisional financing plan mentioning the eligible amount excluding tax
• RIB

Payment

The balance (100%) will be paid upon completion of the works upon presentation of the following supporting documents:

• certificate of commissioning certifying a compliant realization of the subsidized operation established by the Project Owner
  
• DPE attesting to the label after works, minimum C
