Objective

To help municipalities and their groupings to enhance their built heritage and public spaces, and to carry out projects with a structuring and visible character at the scale of the living area.

This is within the framework of an annual envelope allocated at the scale of the EPCI perimeter after a consultation organized by the Department with the Departmental Councilors and the relevant partners (EPCI, municipalities), in a spirit of overall vision of the projects.

Investment grant.

Eligible expenses

Expenses excluding VAT without deduction of other funding, in compliance with the limit of 80% public aid

In the event of requests for co-financing (DETR in particular), the Department will await the opinion of the co-financiers to determine the amount of the departmental grant, which may be adjusted so as not to exceed the aforementioned rule.

In the case of in-house work, only the part relating to materials and supplies will be taken into account in the eligible expenses.

The selected operations must be for an amount equal to or greater than 80,000 € HT.
