Helping municipalities and their groupings to acquire an urban planning and planning document

Description

Allow municipalities and their groupings to acquire, in compliance with the provisions and procedures provided for by the legislative and regulatory texts in force (notably law n° 2010-788 of July 12, 2010 on national commitment for the environment known as Grenelle 2 and law n° 2014-366 of March 24, 2014 for access to housing and renovated urban planning known as ALUR), a quality planning document and to integrate land programming into it.
