Support all works and solutions that contribute to integrated stormwater management and aim to limit and delay the flow of stormwater, particularly in collection networks, while promoting natural purification, groundwater recharge, and the creation of new green infrastructure where possible.

Eligible works and solutions must aim to:

• delay flows to limit network flows and overflows, and thus urban flooding and to contain floods;
• infiltrate stormwater as close as possible to its point of fall, which helps relieve collection networks and avoid the concentration of pollution flows. The small amount of pollutants in the water before runoff can then often be purified by the soil during infiltration. This principle also contributes to the recharge of groundwater;
• recover water for uses that do not require the use of drinking water (watering, cleaning...), which then leads to water savings.
