Improving the energy efficiency of built heritage with the Shared Energy Advisor (CEP)

The Shared Energy Advisor (CEP) is support for improving the energy performance of local authorities' built heritage. It is offered in 3 levels.

• Level 1: Monitor energy consumption and expenses. Provision of energy consumption management and monitoring software, annual follow-up meeting to help identify buildings with renovation challenges (including the tertiary decree)

cost: €500/year + €50/building/year

• Level 2: Develop and monitor your renovation strategy. Pre-diagnosis (visit), analysis of energy contracts, carrying out an outsourced energy audit, defining a renovation strategy, carrying out studies or supporting their completion according to needs (temperature recording, infrared thermography), assistance with data entry on the OPERAT platform (tertiary decree)

cost: €5500/building

• Level 3 (experimental): Carry out your renovation work. Support for obtaining available financial aid, project management for renovation work (mandate), carrying out the design services market, monitoring the execution and effectiveness of renovation work in conjunction with design services.

cost: 5% of the cost of the works
