Improve the operation of sanitation systems and drinking water facilities

The Department decided to create, from January 1, 2011, a departmental engineering agency for local authorities (INGENIERIE70).

INGENIERIE70, an autonomous public administrative establishment, is financed by the Department and adhering local authorities via contributions and remuneration for services provided.

This structure is responsible for providing, to local authorities and intermunicipal public establishments of the Haute-Saône Department that request it, technical, legal or financial assistance in the following four areas: Planning, Application of Land Law, IT Assistance, Water (Technical Assistance Service for Water and Management of Aquatic Environments and Flood Prevention).

For all four poles, there are more than 630 adhering local authorities (communes, various structures, communities of communes and the Haute-Saône Department).

The services of these four poles are invoiced according to rates voted by the Board of Directors.

The evolution of the structure has shown its usefulness and this tool meets the expectations of elected officials to have public engineering at their service.

Thus, since January 1, 2020, INGENIERIE70 has been offering its expertise to adhering local authorities (communes, syndicates, CC) for technical assistance…
