Created in 2014, ATD 88, the Departmental Technical Agency of the Vosges, offers local engineering services to elected officials in the Vosges to help them carry out their projects. Roads and landscape developments are major issues in terms of mobility, economic attractiveness, environmental preservation, and improving the quality of life. Road infrastructure and public spaces require regular maintenance and qualitative investments to ensure their sustainability and control maintenance costs. In the field of roads, our technicians support you by carrying out feasibility studies, project management missions (operations under €90,000 excluding tax), or project owner assistance (AMO) missions. Feasibility studies provide you with a document that will reflect your needs, the feasibility of your project based on constraints (technical, environmental, architectural, etc.), the financial envelope of the operation, and the aid available for the project's realization. Project management missions, following the validation of the project and its financial envelope, involve assisting you in consulting and awarding a works contract with one or more construction companies.
