Develop or rehabilitate reception areas for travelers, large transit areas, and rental family plots

NATURE OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Any project aimed at developing or rehabilitating reception areas for travelers, large transit areas, and rental family plots.

Thus, projects included and planned within the framework of the 2019-2025 departmental reception plan for travelers are eligible:

• large transit areas allowing the reception of occasional or traditional gatherings of 50 to 200 caravans;
• developed reception areas allowing temporary reception for a maximum of 9 months on a developed plot;
• rental family plots allowing families to settle.

Applications must concern the creation and relocation of areas. As well as major rehabilitation works (enlargement of pitches, construction of additional sanitary blocks and refurbishment of existing ones, etc.) including extensions (to maintain the capacity of the area).

FINANCIAL TERMS

Departmental council participation based on eligible expenses excluding VAT with the application of a fixed rate of 10% to 40%.

If the project meets the bonus conditions, the grant amount will be increased by 20%.
