Provide advice and project management assistance to communities in the form of public engineering

The Departmental Technical Agency offers its expertise to member communities for technical advice and PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE (AMO) missions in the pre-operational and operational phases, to:

• Help with fundraising;
  
• Help define the need;
• Study technical, regulatory and financial feasibility;
• Connect elected officials with funders;
• Assist in the awarding of contracts for preliminary studies;
  
• Establish the operation's program;
• Assist in the awarding of project management contracts and monitor studies;
• Provide necessary assistance to the project owner during the implementation phase.

In the following areas of expertise:

• ROADS: classification of municipal roads; multi-year program and road maintenance and repair works; safety improvements; town entrances and crossings.
  
• PUBLIC SPACES: space planning; village squares; sidewalks; parking; intersections; etc .
