Support for setting up a territorial concierge project

Jointly by the Regional Chamber of Social and Solidarity Economy and the company Let's Co, proposes to support the emergence of new concierge projects in the territories.

The Pluriels network can provide its engineering support for project development, on the following axes:

• Needs study / opportunity study / feasibility study
• Feedback and intervention with local stakeholders and residents to mobilize / unite them around this project
• Support for defining the economic model of your future concierge service, its governance, its service offer, ...

Pluriels will involve one or the other of its members depending on the location of your project and the nature of the project.
